Important note: If you are staying at the Hampton Inn in Coventry, RI, you will find that Google Maps gives an INCORRECT location for the hotel when you enter the address. MapQuest will show the correct location, though its road database appears to be outdated. To verify that you're going to the correct location, use this link to confirm.

The map below contains a few icons to indicate hotels, airports, local restaurants, and liquor stores in the area around the reception.

Since the reception is BYOB, please stop in at one of the liquor stores (locally known as "package stores") and pick up your desired potent potables.

The most convenient is Bonnet Liquors on RI-1A, on the left as you head south, and has a reasonable selection of wine, beer, and liquor. O'Neil's Package Store is a few miles away from the beach, but has a larger selection.

A a block of 20 double queen rooms is reserved for the Vollers/Hobgood party at a rate of $129. A block of 10 double queen rooms has been reserved at a rate of $179 for the Vollers/Hobgood party. This hotel will require full payment at the time of reservation. This hotel would be good for people with early flights who wish to be closer to the airport; they have a free shuttle. However, rates may go up if only a few people book rooms there.

THURSDAY AND FRIDAY nights have been booked in a block of 10 queen or king rooms for ~$120/night under the Vollers/Hobgood party.
